Paul Harris Scholarship Fund

The Paul Harris Scholarship Fund provides scholarship support to students engaged in the Victory community pursuing continuing education at all levels. Through this ministry, we invest in the growth of future leaders who serve Christ and His Kingdom through their academic pursuits and work to create opportunities for awardees to connect and support one another.
HOW TO APPLY
Each spring, students with plans to pursue post-secondary education (including graduating high school seniors) are invited to apply. The application period will be announced during church services and through other communication platforms.

Students do not need to be past scholarship recipients to apply.

Funds are available until depleted.

Students must submit an emergency fund application with supporting documentation.
Payment is not guaranteed, nor is full coverage of requested costs.
Victory Church of Charlottesville exists to see people reconciled to God and to each other. Founded in 2018 by Pastor Paul and Taylor Harris, the church has grown through a commitment to community, education, and faith. In addition to his pastoral leadership, Pastor Paul is an experienced teacher, counselor, professor, and leader in both K–12 and higher education, as well as the nonprofit sector. Alongside his passion for mental health and social justice, he has consistently lived out a call to reconciliation. In 2020, Pastor Paul was called to another professional opportunity, and in recognition of his faithful service, Victory Church of Charlottesville established the Paul Harris Scholarship Fund.
